Affiliates are required to adhere to the exclusivity policy of Equip-Bid, agreeing to list their online auctions solely on the Equip-Bid platform. Auctions cannot be posted on any other online auction site, except for eBay. However, affiliates may promote their Equip-Bid auctions or items through alternative channels such as Craigslist, their own websites, or print advertising, provided that these listings or advertisements direct interested parties to Equip-Bid for further information.
Furthermore, assets listed on Equip-Bid must not be available for sale or sold elsewhere for the duration of the auction. This condition must be clearly stated in the affiliate's consignment agreement with their seller to ensure compliance with Equip-Bid's terms and conditions.
