How It Works: Affiliates have direct access to our comprehensive auction software through their personalized Affiliate Dashboard on Equip-Bid.com. By simply logging in with the provided affiliate credentials, affiliates can effortlessly create, manage, and settle auctions. In case of a forgotten password, resetting is as easy as using the associated email address linked to the affiliate account.
Affiliate Dashboard: Upon logging in, affiliates are immediately directed to their Dashboard, serving as the central command center for all auction-related activities. From here, affiliates can initiate auction creation, generate invoices, input seller information, settle auctions, and more. Bidding functionality is intentionally disabled for affiliates to maintain security.
Dashboard Organization: The Dashboard is organized into three primary tabs:
- Home: Offering a convenient snapshot of ongoing auction activities, including drafts, active auctions, and those awaiting settlement.
- All Auctions: Providing a comprehensive overview of all past and present auctions for easy reference of invoices, settlements, and lots.
- Reports: Access essential reports such as popular search keywords, bidder signups, buyer premium summaries, and sales tax collections, empowering affiliates with valuable insights.
Home Page Options: Located in the upper left-hand corner of the affiliate login, affiliates have access to various options for enhanced navigation:
- Search Bar: Quickly locate invoices, bidders, or auction numbers for efficient management.
- New Auction: Initiate the creation of a new auction shell seamlessly.
- Seller Overview: Streamline auction creation with the ability to create seller profiles for repeated use across multiple auctions.
- Help/Affiliate Knowledge Base: Access the Affiliate Knowledge Base for comprehensive assistance and guidance.
Auction Options: When creating a new auction, it is initially saved as a draft in the affiliate dashboard. Upon entering an auction, affiliates will find specific options tailored to each auction:
- Selected Auction: Displaying the unique auction ID, name, and current status for easy reference.
- Stats: Track bidding activity, total bid prices, and item watchers once the auction is live.
- Preview: Experience the auction from a bidder’s perspective and select highlighted items.
- Edit: Modify auction details such as sales tax rates, closing times, and addresses seamlessly.
- Lots: Create lots, upload images, and add descriptions effortlessly.
- Auction Sellers: Assign auction sellers for streamlined settlement processes, ensuring smooth operations.
