Creating a Seller Settlement Report

Creating a Settlement Report is a useful tool made available to affiliates to assist with payments to sellers.

Seller settlement reports include:

  • Settlement cover page.  
  • Auction information.  
  • Seller contact information.
  • Paid items 
  • No Bid/Reserve Not Met Items
  • No Sale Items
  • No Show Items 
  • Commission rates and fees charged. 
  • Gross and net seller settlement amounts.

To Create a Settlement Report

Seller Settlement Reports can be generated after invoices have been processed.

Seller must have been created and assigned to the appropriate lots in order to create a settlement report.  

  1. Enter the auction number on the dashboard and select Settlement Report.  
  2. The Settlement Report shows Sales for each seller (if multiple are listed), less any commission rate you have assigned to that seller and/or item.  
  3. Adjust as necessary according to your contract.
  4. Auction Expenses can also be added on a per seller basis.
  5. Create fees as a percentage or a flat rate and assign to the appropriate seller.  
  6. You can Edit/Delete fees as needed.   
  7. Print off the settlement.
  8. Pay Seller
  9. Change auction status to Settled.
