Auctions are assigned a different status depending on the stage of the auction. The status is located at the top right of the page on auction page, and to the right of your end date on your dashboard listing of your auctions.
The following are brief explanations of each auction status and the stage they will be in.
PRIOR TO POSTING AUCTION

Needs Review |
Affiliate is On Hold/Review and auction must be reviewed by Equip-Bid management to publish. |

Pending |
Auction has been published and has a start date in the future.

AUCTION IS PUBLISHED
|
Active |
Auction has been published and is live. |
|
Impending Close |
Auction is 6 hours from close time. |
|
Closing |
Auction has reached close schedule but there are lots not fully closed due to extended bidding. |
AUCTION IS CLOSED
|
Closed |
All items in auction have closed |
|
Invoices Generated
|
Invoices have been generated sending winning notifications to winning bidders with their invoice. |
|
Invoices Processed
|
Invoices processed are invoices marked paid, (cash, credit card on file, etc.) or No Show/No Sale. |
|
Settled |
All invoices have been processed and affiliate settles auction either with seller or no additional funds are due. |
