- Navigate to the Edit Page of the Lot:
- Go to the Edit page of the lot or create a new lot if it has not been created yet.
- Locate the PDF Upload Option:
- On the Edit Item page, you will see the option to upload up to 3 PDFs.
- Insert the PDF URL:
- Find the URL of the PDF from the online hosting platform.
- Copy the URL of that webpage.
- Paste the URL and Name the PDF:
- Paste the URL into the PDF URL field.
- Enter a descriptive name in the PDF Name field (e.g., "2005 JD Tractor Manual").
- Save the Item:
- Once saved, the PDF will be embedded directly into the item description.
- Check the item to ensure the correct PDF is attached and viewable.
